It’s not easy to be easy.

Especially in the complex world of forex trading.


In the case of easy-forex we distilled strategy into three little words.

Easy.

Transparent.

Exciting.


Anytime anyone does something, they are encouraged to ask six little questions.

Is what I am doing easy?

Is what I am doing transparent?

Is what I am doing exciting?


Can I make it easier?

Can I make it more transparent?

Can I make it more exciting?


If there is a  ‘no’ answer to any of the first three questions ... or a ‘yes‘ answer to any of the second three ... that’s a signal that it can be done better.


Brand strategy is not to be hung up on the wall and admired by the Board of Directors.


It’s to be lived and breathed daily by everyone who communicates.

And that’s everyone in the organization.

Because everything you do and don’t do and everything you say and don’t say communicates.


That’s why everyone in the organization, from the CEO to the cleaning lady received an iPod with this video on it.  Strategy in three words.


Actually, it’s easy to be easy.

As long as you try hard enough.
